Subject: Player blocking and killing own creeps to prevent leveling. Thu Dec 17, 2015 7:38 pm
1. ZTR5. 2. Uses lightning shield to prevent creeps from entering lane then killing creeps weekend by shield and other hero. 3. 4. Game took place at about 1600 U.S. central time. offenses took place within first 4 minutes of game, as soon as creeps spawn, bottom lane.
