stratigic suicide?

I may be wrong here, probably am but wanted to make sure. in a 1v1 duel the winner will get what like 2-3k gold? thought it was more then if you win a 2v2 duel. so if your going into a 1v1 where your almost certain you will lose and give other player 3k gold for winning better idea to just suicide before duel to forfeit the 1k gold for nto being able to fight and not give the other player the 3k win bonus?

yea if u know u cant win in 1v1 duel the best idea is suicide. in 2v2 duel the winner team got 3K too but 1500 for u and 1500 for other in your team. The best is when u got duel with best player 1v1 and u killed him u can got 5 or 6 K golds :-)

so is doing this allowed then? like if I was 90% sure I was going to lsoe the duel 1v1 I should just suicide to keep him from getting 3k more and making him even stronger.
