my HellzGuard account i think got banned

idk why but it keeps saying the game is full or the host closes all open spots but i hope im not banned on HellzGuard because i crashed my internet just got back up and i play the game im friendly with admins and everyone and i only log on to play HvA and only for this Bot so please if banned can you unban me
